Geshay Christmas

We had a nice time spending the entire the day with the Geshay family! We got to see everyone which was very nice, just unfortunately not at the same time. A great day spending time with family and friends. We had a nice quiet time in the morning with just the 3 off us in our basement apartment and then went upstairs for the craziness! What a great day!

Merry Christmas Eve!

I just had to share this story with you all. We had our Christmas Eve service tonight. A night of singing carols, reading Luke 2 and hearing a short message from our pastor. This year Chris sang "Mary Did You Know" with his guitar. He did a very nice job, such a nice job that as soon as he was finished Wyatt yelled out at the top of his lungs, "Good job, Daddy"

Everyone enjoyed a nice laugh, my sister Katie was laughing so hard she was crying! What a great memory!

We had our routine ultrasound today and found out that we are having a little baby girl join our family in May. Everything looks great! We are very excited!

Day 30

The last "Day of Thanksgiving" so this better be good :)

Provision.

I think that I already posted on it, but today it is extra special. I praise the Lord that He always provides at the holiday's for us. We don't usually know where our Christmas money is coming from, but it always comes. We don't go overboard, usually one present for each person in our lives, including each other and maybe 2 or 3 for Wyatt. But we like to give and its neat how God allows us to do it. I Praise the Lord for a great place for Chris to work, which has been amazing, other than the hours! Even though he would rather be teaching I love that he is doing this for our family!

I just Praise the Lord for his amazing provision in our lives!

Neighbors

I love our neighbors here in Delaware. They have all been very welcoming and frankly have shown us up in the hospitality category. I also love that it is a very diverse group, and Indian family, an Asian family, an African American family and a Caucasian family. Wyatt has had a blast playing with all the kids. I am very thankful that we have such a great place to live. Even if its only in the basement of one of these beautiful houses :)

Day 26

A kid that loves his vegetables!

Wyatt does really love veggies. His favorite is broccoli. He cheers when we tell him we are having it for dinner. And seriously, what kid turns down ice cream for broccoli. Which is exactly what happened last night.

Day 25

I'm going to stop thinking back to what I did on past days because its pretty sad, I can't remember some days! Blame it on the prego brain :)

Cold Medicine

I have been sick the last few days, I thought at first it was just pregnancy congestion but it progressed into a sore throat and now I can't hardly talk. I'm thankful for cold medicine because I can't take it right now. I have heard I can take sudafed, but I had never heard of that before now so I'm a little leery to take it. If I was farther along I would consider it more, but being only 17 weeks I'm not miserable enough to test it. So I long for the days when I can take some cold medicine to help me breath at night!
