Anyway to the reason for this blog. Our church this last week held our first ever block party for the apartment complex that is right across the street from the church. We had a group come from Biltmore Baptist Church to help us with it. They brought about 130 people to help run the events. They had inflatables, a dunk team, dinner for all the tennents, sno cones, face painting and a concert by their teens. All in all it was great and it was great for people from our church to make contacts with the people who live there. The gospel was given and a few people responded so praise the Lord!
